Answers to questions regarding your transition into a senior community should be concise, transparent, and easy to understand. With that in mind, Siena on Brendenwood has prepared some frequently asked questions and the answers. If you have a question that is not answered here, please contact our resident relations department and we will be more than happy to assist you.

Siena is a retirement community that allows for socialization and a relaxed life-style all while enjoying maintenance-free living. It encourages living arrangements that allow people to have both independence and community, allowing you to be the best you can be.

Siena has “Snowbird Apartment” and a “Cabin Fever Apartment” this arrangement has a twelve month lease that you pay only 6 months of rent. What better way to enjoy your Florida or Wisconsin stay knowing that your belongings are safe and will be waiting for your return.

Although there is a large community laundry room; the designers of Siena had the foresight to place in-suite washers and dryers in all apartments. Outdoor parking is available for guests and residents, however, most community members choose our underground heated parking garage for their cars.

We provide a shuttle van for pre-planned appointments and every Friday morning is reserved for grocery store visits.

Siena has numerous cameras that monitor the community inside and out. One must have a programmed access key FOB to enter the building. Additionally, all apartments have an emergency button that rings to our front desk which is manned 24/7.
